We encourage booking hunts early as we take on minimal amount of hunters to ensure the quality of our trophies year after year. In order to book your hunt we require a 50% deposit, per hunter.

Pheasant hunts require a $75 deposit.

Your hunt is not booked until we receive this first deposit and the hunt is not official until we receive this. We will mail you a receipt for your deposit with an order number attached. Cancellations notified two weeks before the hunt will be refunded in the full deposit amount.

The remaining balance is due at the arrival of the ranch or airport pickup.

We accept cashiers checks, money orders, travelers checks, credit cards, or cash. We do not accept personal checks unless approved in advance.

Hunts do not include taxes. Any additional non-hunters will be charged a fee of $100 per day. All hunting packages do not include permits, fees, stamps, taxes, meat processing, meat shipping, or taxidermy.
